We were selected as the mechanical services partner for a new cold storage distribution facility serving all Target locations across Northern California. Assessing the new 1,053,671 square-foot warehouse building, our team prepared to work within four newly constructed buildings over the course of six months. A significant factor in our success was our ability to collaborate and coordinate subcontractors to install over 140 pieces of mechanical equipment.

The project was unique in that it required using a helicopter instead of a crane to lift all the mechanical and plumbing equipment onto the roof, where the majority of the work would take place. This project was a result of our long-term relationship with Ryan Companies General Construction on similar projects.
