We service and maintain the common area commercial HVAC, plumbing, and controls equipment at Savina, a new 285-unit high-rise building in downtown San Diego. We provide quarterly and annual services to their cooling towers, air handlers, heat pumps, condenser pumps, boilers, exhaust fans, water heaters, and other associated equipment. We also service the domestic boilers, water conditioning system, sump pumps, and respond to commercial plumbing service needs 24/7.
