Our work with the new Chammakilawish Tribal School in Temecula, California, has been rewarding and successful. We delivered expert plumbing solutions in buildings that included a gym and a kitchen, as well as preschool through fifth-grade classrooms and a building to support electives.

Collaborating with Procraft, also part of the Modigent family, we utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) for both underground and aboveground systems. The underground modeling, facilitated by Trimble, proved to be highly accurate and cost-effective, significantly reducing manpower costs. The project is progressing as scheduled, and our plumbing team continues to demonstrate outstanding performance from planning to execution.
