Lakeside USD is an energy project developed and sold by Climatec, LLC – an Energy Division based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This project involved replacing HVAC and mechanical controls equipment at 12 school sites. In addition to new industrial mechanical equipment, we installed new solar arrays, replaced transformers, and performed roofing maintenance.

We were also responsible for the replacement and service of approximately 300 Carrier unitary pieces of equipment and accessories, consisting of rooftop package units, exterior wall-mounted package units, and split systems. This commercial HVAC project included a new Carrier i-Vu building automation controls system upgrade across all sites. The existing gas-electric units were replaced with new, efficient heat pumps to lower the heating and cooling costs and help reduce our carbon footprint.
