Windsor Cottage, an historic building located at Hotel Del Coronado, was recently renovated to serve as a new restaurant. Our teams were instrumental in installing an HVAC and plumbing system for the kitchen and dining room. The project also involved maintaining an existing four-pipe chilled water and heating hot water system, which is fed from the historic Grande Hall mechanical room.

This HVAC installation project was unique because it required our experienced mechanical technicians to protect and preserve the historic appearance of the cottage while providing a modern upgrade to the interior amenities.
