Projects
Target – Sacramento
We were selected as the mechanical services partner for a new cold storage distribution facility serving all Target locations across Northern California. Assessing the new 1,053,671 square-foot warehouse building, our team prepared to work within four newly constructed buildings over the course of six months.
Solar Turbines
We have been providing “Full Coverage” preventive HVAC maintenance and repair services to over 20 buildings at the Kearny Mesa campus since 2000. The expertise we have provided has spanned everything from condensing split and fan coil units to air handlers, package gas heat pumps, exhaust fans, boilers, and more.
Hotel Del Coronado
Windsor Cottage, an historic building located at Hotel Del Coronado, was recently renovated to serve as a new restaurant. Our teams were instrumental in installing an HVAC and plumbing system for the kitchen and dining room.
Sharp Coronado Hospital
We recently renovated the 4th-floor ICU and 1st-floor Emergency Department at Sharp Coronado Hospital. All construction and renovations were phased to minimize the impact on the hospital, ensuring it remained operational throughout the project.
Sapphire Towers – Savina
We service and maintain the common area commercial HVAC, plumbing, and controls equipment at Savina, a new 285-unit high-rise building in downtown San Diego. We provide quarterly and annual services to their cooling towers, air handlers, heat pumps, condenser pumps, boilers, exhaust fans, water heaters, and other associated equipment.
Sharp Memorial Hospital
We have been supporting several large healthcare facilities in San Diego County, including Sharp Memorial Hospital, with commercial HVAC/R and plumbing retrofit service projects, 24/7 emergency HVAC/R and plumbing services, as well as preventive maintenance and repair services on vital support systems throughout the healthcare facilities.
Teradata
We have had a long-term partnership with Teradata Corporation, a prominent American software company specializing in cloud database and analytics-related solutions, since 2005. We are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of their critical HVAC and controls infrastructure at their expansive 65,000-square-foot facility, which is comprised of four distinct buildings.
Lakeside School District
Lakeside USD is an energy project developed and sold by Climatec, LLC – an Energy Division based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This project involved replacing HVAC and mechanical controls equipment at 12 school sites.
