Projects

Solar Turbines
Countywide Mechanical Systems has been providing “Full Coverage” preventive HVAC maintenance and repair services to over 20 buildings at the Kearny Mesa campus since 2000. The expertise provided has spanned everything from condensing split and fan coil units to air handlers, package gas heat pumps, exhaust fans, boilers and more.

Hotel Del Coronado
Windsor Cottage, an historic building located at Hotel Del Coronado, was recently renovated to serve as a new restaurant. The Countywide Mechanical teams were instrumental in installing an HVAC and plumbing system for the kitchen and dining room.

Sharp Coronado Hospital
Countywide Mechanical recently renovated the 4th-floor ICU and 1st-floor ED at Sharp Coronado Hospital. This industrial renovation included 8 ICU rooms, 11 ED rooms, 3 nurse stations, and 2 staff lounges. All construction renovations were phased to minimize impact on the hospital to ensure it remained operational throughout the project.

Sapphire Towers – Savina
Countywide Mechanical Systems services and maintains the common area commercial HVAC, plumbing and controls equipment at Savina in downtown San Diego. Savina is a new 285-unit high-rise building that embodies innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and enduring style.

Sharp Memorial Hospital
Countywide Mechanical Systems has been supporting several large healthcare facilities in San Diego County by helping to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for their patients and staff.

Teradata
Teradata Corporation, a prominent American software company specializing in cloud database and analytics-related solutions, occupies a significant presence in San Diego’s tech landscape. With an expansive 65,000 square foot facility comprised of four distinct buildings, Teradata stands as a cornerstone of technological innovation in the region.

Lakeside School District
Lakeside USD is an energy project developed and sold by Climatec, LLC – an Energy Division based out of Phoenix, Arizona. The energy project included the replacement of HVAC and controls mechanical equipment at 12 school sites.
