Projects

1948 San Bernardino County Energy Project
In San Bernardino, California, Countywide Mechanical has partnered with Alliance Companies to perform an energy upgrade for San Bernardino Counties’ Tax Collection Building. To complete the project our teams installed new Siemens controls with new HHW control valves for new HHW coils.

Sapphire Towers – Savina
We service and maintain the common area commercial HVAC, plumbing, and controls equipment at Savina, a new 285-unit high-rise building in downtown San Diego. We provide quarterly and annual services to their cooling towers, air handlers, heat pumps, condenser pumps, boilers, exhaust fans, water heaters, and other associated equipment.

Teradata
We have had a long-term partnership with Teradata Corporation, a prominent American software company specializing in cloud database and analytics-related solutions, since 2005. We are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of their critical HVAC and controls infrastructure at their expansive 65,000-square-foot facility, which is comprised of four distinct buildings.

Lakeside School District
Lakeside USD is an energy project developed and sold by Climatec, LLC – an Energy Division based out of Phoenix, Arizona. This project involved replacing HVAC and mechanical controls equipment at 12 school sites.
