At Countywide, knowing the safety of our people creates success for everyone, we continually cultivate our commitment to it. As part of Modigent, Countywide is connected to recent safety protocol enhancements, which underscores Modigent’s dedication to creating a safer workplace through innovative, behavior-based safety training. From our facility to commercial customer settings, we implement every procedure and policy to keep people safe on the job.
We approach every day with rigorous attention to detail in how we prepare our people. Joining Modigent, we are now aligned with the company’s safety program which is introducing several initiatives aimed at preventing incidents and injuries and strengthening cultural adoption. These include Field Ergonomics Training, a National Safety Committee, a new single-source personal protective equipment (PPE) program, and Leadership Observations. With a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) well below the average for plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors, Modigent is setting a new standard in employee protection, leadership accountability, and human-centered risk prevention.
Working in the Service Dispatch Department, I have the pleasure of working with our customers, service staff and amazing team of technicians. The strong relationships we have built with our customers and staff makes it feel like we are helping our family at the end of the day.
