Working in the Service Dispatch Department, I have the pleasure of working with our customers, service staff and amazing team of technicians. The strong relationships we have built with our customers and staff makes it feel like we are helping our family at the end of the day.
At Countywide Mechanical, safety comes first.

Safety impacts everything we do.
Our maintenance and repair services are designed with safety for our people in mind. This is why, we implement every procedure and policy on the job, no matter how big or small. Our safety manual includes specific details about the safest ways to handle equipment and tools, at both our facility and our commercial customers’ locations.

Safety is the only option.
There’s no substitute for proper training on the job. We approach every day with rigorous attention to detail in how we prepare our people. That starts by empowering them to report unsafe conditions or employ actions, leading to higher responsibility founded on:
- Top-down workplace safety-focused culture
- OSHA 10-hour training for employees
- OSHA 30-hour training for supervisors
- Regular safety training
