Safety Training and Procedures Bring Recognition to Countywide
It’s one thing to establish abundant training and periodic retraining procedures in the workplace. But it’s another to see our commitment to safety come into practice on the job site. Today, Countywide Mechanical is proud to celebrate 200 days without an OSHA Recordable Injury companywide. Additionally, we’re thrilled to recognize one of our Service Estimator/Job Coordinators, Dan D., for earning a Modigent Safety Challenge Coin – a token of appreciation given to those who display the utmost concern for their fellow workers.

Countywide Takes an Active Role in Supporting Active Military Families
As part of our ongoing commitment to the betterment of our community, Countywide Mechanical employees volunteer their time and support STEP (Support The Enlisted Project) year-round to ensure it receives as much awareness as possible. Since 2022, we have organized an annual STEP Backpack Donation Drive and hosted the Adopt-A-Military-Family Holiday Drive.

Big Shoes to Fill: Countywide Volunteers Come Through for Ronald McDonald House
As part of the Modigent family of companies, Countywide embraces a social responsibility that affords us the opportunity to donate our time, talents, and resources to create a meaningful impact in our surrounding communities throughout the year. One of the biggest charities that we partner with is the Ronald McDonald House of San Diego. Through meal service programs and other charitable drives, we help support families of children who are receiving treatment for serious, life-threatening conditions at local hospitals.
